Content Marketing Specialist at M3 Design

We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing initiatives across organic social media, paid media, website, and email. The main focus of this role will be developing engaging visual content to fuel our marketing strategies, including graphic designs, motion graphics, videos, and other digital assets—that enhance our brand presence and connect with our audience.

What you’ll do…

Content Design & Creation
♦ Develop and produce engaging graphic designs, animations, motion graphics, and videos for various marketing channels, including organic and paid social media, website, and email campaigns.
♦ Edit and optimize graphic and video content for different platforms and audiences (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), ensuring high-quality production standards and consistency in tone and branding.
♦ Design motion graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
♦ Work within the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to produce professional-grade assets.

Creative Collaboration
♦ Source and curate new content ideas, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
♦ Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas, including developing content strategies and outlining visual assets that support them.
♦ Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
♦ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

Social Media & Marketing Support
♦ Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media strategies.
♦ Assist in managing social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) by creating and scheduling content.
♦ Monitor social media trends and analytics to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
♦ Assist in the development of multimedia content for paid and organic social media campaigns.

Skills and Experience Required:

♦ Minimum 1-2 years experience in B2B Marketing.
♦ Proven experience in digital content creation, video production, and editing.
♦ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
♦ Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
♦ Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media best practices.
♦ Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling content.
♦ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills

♦ Knowledge of 3D design or animation tools.
♦ Experience with photography or podcast editing.
♦ Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing analytics.
♦ Experience creating ad copy.
